Case Study: Traffic Hero and Malayo: Streamlining Driver's License Registration

Background:
At Traffic Hero, we sought to enhance the driver's license registration process, aiming for a solution that was efficient, user-friendly, and reliable. To achieve this, we partnered with Malayo, an offshoring company with a proven track record of managing top-tier developers.

Challenge:
The project required advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of Danish rules and regulations related to driver's licenses, as well as proficiency in using APIs from Danish authorities. This was no small task, but we were confident that Malayo could deliver.

Solution:
Malayo took charge by hiring a talented developer based in their Manila office.
Although initially unfamiliar with Danish regulations, the developer quickly acquired the necessary knowledge.
Working remotely, they efficiently designed and developed a robust registration system tailored to our needs.

Technology Stack:
The system was built using the following technologies:
Operating System: Linux, running on a low-power embedded platform.
Framework: .Net 8 with XAML for the design.
Hardware Integration: RFID and camera integration.
Cloud Services: Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure.
